Law Of Attraction - Method 4 - Gratitude
'Thank You' is the most simple gratitude while it is the most effective as well. All that you need to do is practice to say 'Thank You' on a daily basis. These two words have great power.
From the moment you start your day, till you end your day, irrespective of what's happening inside you and what's happening outside of you, just keep repeating in your mind, the two simple words 'Thank You'. You will notice a immediate change in your vibration. You will somehow start feeling good, positive, happy.
You can either say Thank you to specific objects that you use on daily basis like the moment you wake up in the morning, first thing you can thank mother earth for taking our weight on her. Then you can start thanking your house, then the fan, then the bed, then the pillow, the bedsheet, everything that helped you have a good sleep. So you say something like - Thank you fan for the cool air thus letting me have a good sleep or thank you bed for keeping me cozy thus letting me have a good sleep.
As you move on with your day, you will have so many things to be grateful for. Be more mindful, watch your every step and see what is helping you around.
You can thank the people you stay with or meet. Like morning you can start thanking your mother or wife for cooking such a lovely breakfast for you and taking care of you so well and thus you are fit and healthy. You can thank your parents or kids or neighbours.
Some people have told me they have troubling neighbours so how can they be grateful to such people. Now in such cases, still i suggest be greatful to them as this is the only way you can actually have them sorted and behave properly. If you fight with them or abuse them or compain on them, no matter you win or lose, but definitely you will lose your peace of mind. Whereas gratitude is such a wonderful tool which works on your behalf and solves your problem while maintaining your peace. Infact gratitude enhances your positivity. It makes you feel satisfied and happy. It will definitely be difficult to practise gratitude for such people but initially just try it as a practice, later you will see chances on your own and it will become even more easier. Many people have tried this formula not just with the troubling neighbours, but also in offices who have been dealing with office politics but co workers or managers. Some parents have tried this formula on their own kids. Kids are usually very stubborn, and if you try to act mad with them, it's gona take the situation to another level where it gets impossible to resolve the issue. So Gratitude practice helps here too.
Now when o say gratitude, I don not internet to say 'Thank You' to the person directly on face. In most of the negative scenarios mentioned above, it's not possible right. So what you can do is just say it in your mind. Example, irrespective of your neighbour being good or bad, keep repeating in your mind ' Thank You' neighbours for being so good to me. You can also say the exact reason of trouble they do to you by saying thank you. In case they are too noisy, you can say, Thank you neighbours for being so soft spoken and thus letting me have peace staying here.
Try this method, I have used it myself on most of the areas which was bothering me and it worked like magic.
